Dear Rolling Rock,
These nights of summer school have been pretty trying. Factor in the mess that is my personal life and you’ve got the makings of a great Judy Blume book. But I’m not here to complain about my life.
I was juist writing to say thank you.
Why am I thanking the good people of Rolling Rock brewery, you may ask?
Well, after a long night of class, the commute home, walking the dog, and then finally being able to settle down to eat something, the desire to cook is less than overwhelming… so what do I do?
Go to the fridge, grab a beer, and start drinking dinner. I mean, it’s got the carbs I need for my morning run, but it’s also refreshing in the summer heat. It’s a win-win, really.
So thank you, not only for enabling my laziness and eventual drinking problem, but for making dinner so crisp and cool.
